Colligso charges for SMS messages based on the number of message segments each message contains. Colligso plans have monthly message segment limit and overage if the limit is exceeded.
In order, to check how many SMS message segment(s) your text campaign message to a customer consumes, keep an eye on the Preview box below the Message box in your campaign. Preview would show you the actual message sent with required footer and the footnote below the Preview would show SMS message segments consumed.
